As North America's largest food innovation event, SIAL welcomed a total of 1,068 exhibitors from 51 countries. The three day event highlighted products, innovations, and food professionals from around the world. COTA organized a Pavilion as part of the event.
COTA is organizing a business-builder breakfast for Canadian companies during Natural Products Expo West. Speakers from UNFI, SPINS and Nature’s Path will deliver market intelligence and insights to attending companies.
FoodEx Japan is Asia's largest exhibition dedicated to food and drink. The exhibition takes place over 4 days with over 85,000 buyers from food service, distribution, and trading companies in attendance. Numerous buyers will also be attending from abroad, and business talks will be held with domestic and international manufacturers.
