Come snack, sip and mingle with leaders in the Organic industry at Mill Street's Brew Pub in Toronto. From leading organic brands, retailers and distributors to prominent organic sector associations, this event will bring together sector leaders to celebrate organics during Organic Week 2018.

The night will feature organic appetizers, featuring local farmers and suppliers. All of Mill Street's organic beers will be on tap for you to sample, as well as delicious Canadian organic wine.

As North America's largest food innovation event, SIAL welcomed a total of 1,068 exhibitors from 51 countries. The three day event highlighted products, innovations, and food professionals from around the world. COTA organized a Pavilion as part of the event.
