COTA is on the organizing committee of the Guelph Organic Conference and encourages participants to join in the many workshops occurring inside and outside of the conference as well as the many networking events. The 155-booth “FREE” Trade Show runs January 25-26 and covers 3 levels of the building including a huge selection of organic-focus workshops over 4 days, at least 35+ actual organic food sampling booths, motivated vendors & marketers from the organic.
