CanMar Foods is one of the largest producers of Food Grade Organic Flax in Canada. We have three very distinct points of differentiation:
1. Our business is fully integrated back to our own farm, which includes 2,100 acres of organics. We are integrated from “Field to Spoon”.
2. We have a World Class State of the Art Flax processing facility that we use to take our product through 12 cleaning steps to achieve 99.99% purity, the highest in the industry.
3. We use our proprietary and patented roasting process to roast our Flax. This further elevates food safety to remove any risk of yeast, mold or pathogens. This patented process also gives the product a superior aroma and distinctive taste.
We are also proud of the fact that we have a VALIDATED 5-LOG KILL STEP.
